1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Holyrent application, owned by Holygest SA, by any duly authorized user (employee, collaborator or client of a subscribing company).

2. Acceptance

Use of Holyrent implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use. In the event of disagreement, the user must cease using the application.

3. Access and security

Each user is provided with their own credentials and is responsible for maintaining their confidentiality. Any fraudulent or unauthorized use must be reported to info@holygest.ch.

4. Expected conduct

It is prohibited to use Holyrent for illegal, defamatory, fraudulent or harmful purposes. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to respect the rights of third parties.

5. Data and privacy

Data entered into Holyrent are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The user may at any time request access to, rectification or deletion of their data.

6. Intellectual property

All content, interfaces, trademarks, logos and technical elements of Holyrent are protected and remain the exclusive property of Holygest SA. No unauthorized use is permitted.

7. Service availability

Holygest SA uses all reasonable means to ensure continuous access to the application, without being subject to an obligation of results. Use of Holyrent requires a compatible device, an up-to-date operating system, an up-to-date version of the application, and a functional and sufficiently stable Internet connection. The user undertakes to install application updates when they are made available, particularly when such updates are required for security, stability or compatibility reasons. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in certain features being limited or unavailable.

8. Suspension / Termination

Holygest SA reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account in the event of a violation of these Terms of Use, without prior notice or compensation.

9. Applicable law

These Terms of Use are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Valais.
