End User License Agreement (EULA) – Holyrent

1. Acceptance
By installing or using the Holyrent application, the user accepts the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA).
2. License
Holygest SA grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited license to use the Holyrent application for professional purposes, within the scope of the subscribing client company’s subscription.
3. Ownership
The application, its source code, interface, documentation and content are the exclusive property of Holygest SA.
4. Restrictions
It is strictly prohibited to copy, modify, disassemble, decompile, distribute or resell the application, unless prior written authorization has been obtained from Holygest SA.
5. Warranty
The application is provided “as is” without any warranty of performance, availability or error-free operation. No express or implied warranties are provided.
6. Limitation of liability
Holygest SA shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the application.
7. Governing law
This EULA is governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Canton of Valais shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
8. User security
The user is responsible for the security of their device, the confidentiality of their credentials and access to their account. Holygest SA disclaims any liability in the event of loss or theft of access due to negligence.
9. User account
User accounts are strictly personal. They may not be transferred, shared or lent to any third party without Holygest SA’s prior written consent.
10. Technical requirements and updates
The Holyrent application requires a compatible device, an up-to-date operating system, and a functional and sufficiently stable Internet connection. Holygest SA may release updates (fixes, improvements, security updates) that may be necessary to continue using all or part of the application. The user is responsible for installing such updates. Failing this, the application may have limitations or become partially or fully unavailable.
