1. Data controller
Data collected via the Holyrent application are processed by Holygest SA, Chemin des Ecoliers 20, 3960 Loc, Switzerland (UID: CHE-232.503.039).
2. Data collected
We collect only the data necessary for the proper functioning of the application, including:
- User identity (name, email, company)
- Rental data, vehicles and contracts
- Usage logs and interactions
- Technical data required for operation (e.g. device type, operating system version, error logs, technical identifiers, IP address, date/time of connection).
3. Purposes of processing
Data are used to:
- Provide rental management services
- Ensure account security
- Generate documents (contracts, history)
- Improve application quality
4. Hosting
Data are stored in Europe via Firebase (Google Cloud Platform), with encryption, restricted access and auditability. Use of the application requires an Internet connection. Technical data may transit over the Internet to ensure access to the Service and account security.
5. Access and sharing
Data are never sold. They are accessible only to authorized Holygest SA personnel and are not transmitted to any third party without explicit consent, except where legally required.
6. User rights
In accordance with Swiss law and the GDPR, you may at any time:
- Access your data
- Request correction of your data
- Request deletion of your data
- Obtain an export in a readable format
7. Security
We apply high security standards, including Firebase authentication, encrypted communications, logging and backups.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. You will be notified in the event of any material changes.
